Great study finds CFOs want accountants to possess soft skills in addition to technical knowledge.
A recent study issued by Grant Thornton highlights the importance CFOs place on accountants possessing more than just technical knowledge. Softs skills, “the ability to communicate, think critically, and solve problems” is also critical.
